Stoney Ridge is situated among the diverse KwaZulu Natal Midland’s landscape of thorn veldt, rocky mountains and open grasslands.
This 6000 acres of unspoiled land is a private game farm with a wide variety of game and bird life.

The simple, authentic Rustic Bush Camp offers comfortable tented accommodation on raised wooden platforms. Delicious, wholesome meals (served in the thatched boma), hot showers and comfortable beds elevate Stoney Ridge beyond the normal "camping" experience. The affordable rates are fully inclusive and cover all meals, snacks, teas and coffees.

For those wishing to self-cater, a shady Camp Site is located on the banks of the Bloukrans river.
Hot showers and flush toilets ensure a pleasant stay.

4 x 4 Trails:
Many 4x4 trails are available at Stoney Ridge, varying from Grade 1-5.
All the trails use a wide variety of natural terrain (E.g. Steep Slopes, Rock Steps, Sand, Mud,
River Crossings and Dongas) of varying degrees of difficulty through scenic indigenous bushveld.
