Cancellations by Participant:
In the event of cancellation of a booking by a participant, and he/she is unable to
find a immediate paid up replacement, and provided that KJ Bolton Consultant has
15 days or more notice in writing, the participant will receive a refund for the
amount paid minus a 25% cancellation fee. No Refunds will be made for cancellations
received within 15 days of the course commencement date.
Cancellations:
In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled or postponed KJ Bolton Consultant
and if an alternative date can be offered by KJ Bolton Consultant is unacceptable to
the participant the participant shall be entitled to a full and immediate refund.
Indemnity:
All participants will be obliged to fill in, sign and return
an indemnity form before the course commences (on the day).
